Miller’s book “QBQ! The Question Behind the Question” has earned it’s reputation as a great read for those wanting to sharpen their own personal accountability in the work place and their lives. This book confronts one of the greatest challenges a businesss faces using real-life situations and examples. I found myself picturing some of my own experiences throughout and thinking about how asking the ‘question behind the question ‘could have changed their outcome.

I would recommend this book to anyone who feels that their circumstances are holding them back or has a desire to overcome them.
